Salad Dressings, Vinaigrettes
Boozy Vinaigrette:
6 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Vinegar (not balsamic)
2 Tablespoons Boozy Syrup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously or blend in mixer, let sit at room temp for 1 to 3 hours before serving.

*For a creamy dressing, follow the recipe above and add 4 to 6 Tablespoons mayonnaise, sour cream or plain yogurt before blending. Serve immediately.

Marinades, Sauces and Sautees
Carmelized Vegetables:
Add 2-4 tablespoons syrup to vegetables before oven roasting or to pan when sauteing or carmelizing. Stir or toss vegetables while cooking to evenly coat with syrup. Spice things up with additional herbs and spices and salt and pepper to taste.
Marinades, Soups and Sauces:
Add 1/8  to 1/4 cup syrup to marinade, soups or sauces.  The more syrup you add, the sweeter it will be. Start with less and add to taste.

Desserts - Cakes, Ice Cream and Fruit
Boozy Bundt Cakes - Substitute 1 cup syrup for water in boxed cake mix, follow instructions and bake in bundt cake pan.  Or use syrup to moisten cake after baking and before frosting by poking small holes into the top of a baked cake and then lightly brushing syrup over the cake to soak through. Cake is then ready for frosting.

Ice Cream, Smoothies and Yogurt- Pour syrup over  ice cream or stir in yogurt or add to your favorite smoothie  for more unique flavor.

Fruit Salad and Pie Fillings- Add syrup to bowl of fresh fruit, stir and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.  Add 1-2 tablespoons to pie filling, pudding or custard.

Mocktails and other Beverages
Boozy Sweet Tea-  Add 1/2 cup (more or less to taste)  Boozy syrup into gallon pitcher of iced tea or add 1 oz syrup to individual glass.  Can also be added to sweeten hot tea/toddy.
Delicious Boozy Lemonade- Use this recipe with any of the Boozy syrups to add unique flavor to lemonade -
2 cups Boozy syrup
2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (or all natural lemon juice)
4-5 cups water to dilute
Mix everything together in gallon pitcher and taste. If it's too sweet, add more lemon juice. If it's too tart, add more Boozy. Refrigerate and serve with ice and sliced lemons. If desired, instead of regular tap water, add 4-5 cups sparkling water or club soda when serving for a lighter, bubbly lemonade.
Boozy Tonics-
Add .5 to 1 oz Boozy syrup to 8  oz glass of tonic. Serve over ice with lemon or lime twist.
Boozy Italian Sodas-
1 - 2 oz Boozy Syrup
8 oz sparkling water or club soda
crushed ice
1 oz half-and-half (optional)
Fill 16 oz glass half full with crushed ice, add Boozy syrup and sparkling water or soda. Stir. If using half-and-half (Italian Cream Soda), float the cream on top of the drink and stir just before drinking.
Enjoy!
